Track Time & Keep Employees Safe
Dominion offers several safe, affordable, and potentially free options to use instead of fingerprint scanning or kiosk devices. These options are available for our Time & Attendance clients.
PC and Mobile site punching are immediately available.*
PC Punching
Employees can log in to their Employee Self Service account to punch in and out. PC punching is a safe and viable alternative for employees returning to the office or working remotely. IP restrictions can be set to limit and control punches as needed. This option is available at no extra cost.
Mobile Punching
Like PC punching, employees can log in to their Employee Self Service portal from their smartphone and punch in and out. Mobile punching is a great option for remote workers or employees who frequent different job locations. IP restrictions can be set up to make sure employees are at the right location when clocking in. This option is also available at no extra cost.
Proxy card time clocks
A proximity time clock is an on-site contactless time tracking option. Employees can swipe their proxy card over the reader to punch in and out without having to physically touch the time clock, and you still receive accurate time and attendance data. If you have a Dominion time clock, it may have been shipped with proxy card capabilities. Contact our Client Solutions team for more information.
